AUTHOR: Following the Taylor Inquiry into the Hillsborough disaster, Stephen was selected as a member of the ‘Football Stadia Advisory Design Council’ and subsequently Stephen Morley co-authored the FSADC design guide on Stadium Roofs and the IstructE guide on Stadium Dynamics.
